Thanksgiving

Ivo can bake bread. Here he is on 5 Oct with his first loaf of bread made in tandem/conjunction with Grammie Gail . Ivo had an "X" made of tape on his shirt because, he said, "X marks the spot!"

This morning, Ivo made pancakes. He likes to do stuff and learn stuff. He says “tell me everything you know about space, mom.” Ivo can sing the entire Alphabet of Nations song by They Might Be Giants. I will try to get this on video.

While Ivo was showing me his bread, Burl was constructing a car out of a couple of apple slices and a chunk of bread.

The following pictures are from today in our yard, raking ropeswinging on Thanksgiving weekend.

Doing a lot of blind-gardening.
Liking it.

It will be 0C tonight. It’s about 6C now.

Autumn is here
Thanksgiving
Baby Arun has arrived!!!

Long weekend.
Lots of working.
Burl has been potty training since August. Still not 100%. Not sure why. Otherwise awesome.
Burl reads books outloud to himself. It’s very cute and systematic. He read a Chinese picture book book about sea creatures; “…what is dat? Dat a whale. What is dat? Dat a squid. What is dat? Dat a jelly fish…” He even does anemone. Hilarious.

more soon, I hope
